1.      The items sent from the warehouse in Europe are available to the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Poland, Ireland, Czech Rep., Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Portugal, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Spain, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece.

If you cannot find your country in above list, please contact us. A few other countries are also available for delivery.

2.      About the inventory:

         a.       Because the item is sent from the warehouse abroad, the real inventory cannot always update in time. That means sometimes the product you ordered is already out of stock. In such a situation, you can cancel the order or take a replacement willingly. If you want to cancel the order, please choose reason “other”. Thanks.

         b.      Usually the replenishment period is about 10-45 days. If you are willing to wait, please place the order and extend the processing time accordingly. We will give priority to your order when the item is in stock again.

3.      About the courier charges:

         a.       We won’t charge you courier charges if it’s domestic delivery, except some remote affiliated islands.

         b.      You need to pay for courier charges if the warehouse is not located in your country.

         c.       Since we got some order but the zip code have no delivery service,made our customers aren’t pleasant,and not willing to choose the right reason to cancel it.Once you find you can’t buy it ,please contact us to check if your zip code can be delivered.

4.      About the processing time and delivery time:

         a.       We need 1-3 days to process your order (expect the holidays).

         b.      The delivery time is about 5-15 working days.(RU will take more days to be delivered.please be understand.)

         c.       Please pay attention to the tracking information and the delivery card. Sometimes the courier will leave you a card if you are not at home, then you need to contact with the courier company yourself.
